Now someone from DOT will come along and put up a sign "Guard Rail Damage Ahead" just in case someone else was thinking about hitting it in the same spot.
As a Deputy, i don't have a problem responding to any type of call. Domestic's are usually the worst to respond to, but i fear of being killed on the side of the road by a person not paying attention to what they are doing.

1:38...DOT has 2 follow the laws set by the National DOT....it's also a warning for drivers until the contracted company can get there 2 fix it.....
