Isn't their a Water Ban or something in effect here in Wise County?

There is nothing wrong with the car washes at Ac's. Same as car washes everywhere else. Girls in their bathing suits just washing cars. The only difference is that you can buy beer while you get a car wash and it just so happens that the Beer Barn girls are attractive. They raise money for the toy run and other charities, believe me I know!
what sick is one guy could be eye-banging his buddy's 15-year-old daughter who is bouncing on the side of the street in a small two-piece holding a car wash sign, who the other dude is at the other car was doing the same thing and they no even know it. so wrong, yet, so probable.
