Cheney's Gotta Gun

Here's the Texas Parks and Wildlife Report on VP Dick Cheney's unsafe gun habits. Here's a question for you hunters out there (my membership in PETA doesn't expire until June), what happens when you hit a man with a 28 gauge using 7 1/2 shot at 30 yards?

Is it open season on attorney's? Can we enact that in Wise County? I want to make February 13, every year be Open Season on all Attorney's. Do we go for the older Buck? or do we cull out the young'ns

The distance depends on your source. NY Times said 30 feet, Wash Post said 30 yards. Apparently the shot penetrated the guy's clothes and also sunk into his face. Bet it hurt! Supposedly the guy came up behind Cheney so I guess Cheney swung way around and ... boom. Maybe this lawyer looked like a quail. Cheney got a ticket for failure to have proper game stamp. (No charge for shooting lawyer).

While bigcatdaddy is on the subject, PETA IS THE MOST HIPOCRITICAL ORGANIZATION IN THE WORLD. Just take a look at their spending. They give money to convicted criminals.... arsonists, etc. And they also kill many more animals each year than they save. And what they do to get attention is completely disturbing.

REportedly, Cheney will be sited for shooting lawyer out of season; it does not open until March 1.

almost kill him.. thats a joke. whoever said that clearly doesnt hunt. a 28 guage would hardly come close to killing you at ten yards. he got peppered pretty good. happens all the time. neither one of them did what they are supposed to but come on just give it up. anyone who has actually ever hunted knows things like this just happen........

A 28 guage is one of the smaller shotguns used for hunting. I get peppered every year dove hunting and I'm still walking.

Shoot a thin-skinned attorney though and this is what you get.

Well, I just learned something f/all of this Cheney 'debate.'

A) Don't really want to shoot doves/quail, because, uh, don't want to pick up what I shoot! Ick...

B) REALLY don't want to get "peppered" while I'm out having fun w/my friends! Ow!
