Edit: It is funny that The Dallas Morning News busted the guy today but endorsed him last week.

Why should it hurt his chances? He's admitted to it, expressed remorse for it and is moving on. He's likely learned quite a bit from his mistakes and may be able to help others from making the same mistakes.
This may be a tough one though for the lilberals. A former prostitute who believes in and shows reverance for God. Whew. I don't know how some folks will handle it.

Well, and the whole gay bit--am I right? 'A fellow gay Democrat' was cited. I'm thinking his party might embrace him just for sexual orientation, in SPITE of his forming hooking...
Who knows--I actually find it impressive that the guy is putting himself out there...politics are such a b*tch--if he's willing to serve, and is qualified, I say who cares what he did in a former life.
I'm thinking that he would do just fine under Kinky's administration.
