I'm not sure what I think of this..
But the real question is....what does God think of this???

I tell you what God thinks, He is in the people bus, if it gets people saved go for it!

Anon 2 in response to your statement. "I tell you what God thinks" REALLY?

Sometimes I think I am just old...but I keep wondering, does this really lead people to salvation? If you win are you more likely to convert? If you lose does it make it harder to believe?

Beats Bingo huh?

"Hey honey let's got to church! Maybe we can win that house."

I mean that is a reason to go right?

Just cause you stand in a garage it doesn't make you a car.

...the church is becoming so worldly, we can't tell it from much else we see on television or attend outside it's walls......

...what's next? Preachers swinging out over pulpits like they do at Old San Francisco Steak Houses?.....little intimate tables instead of pews with candles and wine glasses instead of communion cups?

.....it could happen..

..perhaps anon 3:05 has it right -

....personally I think it cheapens the Gospel message of the humility of Jesus Christ.

That same church was probably closed on Christmas Day.

There is a reason the word "church" does not appear in the organizational name. It is anything but a church.

Boy you guys are mean! Let me ask a question to everyone that has left a comment. Do you go to church? Do you attend 1, or 2, or 3 times a week? Have you ever led someone the the Lord? Jesus said that we need to be about His father's bus, which is saving people!Im in the school that whatever it takes to change people's live's go for it!

Anon # 3 you must not know God to say that!

No I don't got to church. Yes I have lead someone to the Lord. There are many ways to do that. Preaching "at" them usually isn't the right way.

Hey Condo Who's preaching?

again...someone claims to know God's mind and thoughts....how amazing!!!! We have a direct line right here on earth....how lucky we all are to be in the presence of such "knowledge".....or is it arrogance?????

Yup, I go to church. Sundays, and I usher for two months every year...I go to learn, to get guidance, and to be with others who believe.

I think it's pathetic to show up for "church" lotteries to get stuff. Jesus walked amongst the people telling them of His God. He didn't raffle off wordly goods...

Obviously, even Barry found this thought-provoking enough to post it...

anon @ 9:17 you must not know God to say that.

Jesus had the same problem on earth. No matter what He said they did not believe Him. IF you read I Cor 12 there are 9 gifts of the Spirit, the gift of wisdom, word of knowledge etc... That comes form the mind of God to our spirits
if you are saved you have the same Spirit in you that raised Christ from the dead. Think about it.
I am not preaching just giving you the facts. Also if you read the Bible you have the mind of God there also.

Remember God is a good God He is not mad, He's not even in a bad Mood!
