I think he was right. That doesn't mean he was competent though.
Michael Brown needs to be tossed into some floodwater, preferably infested with alligators.
She doesn't have enough brains to make it testy. I admire Michael Brown for giving her and Mayor "Dallas" Nagin the blame the deserve. They are the first responders and they blew it. Brown's problem was he didn't get in their face day one.
