I've had a crush on Soledad for many years now, and she is indeed pretty.
However she is married to an investment banker named Brad Something-or-other and they have four children. She is not related to Miles O'Brien anymore than Bruce Lee was related to Christopher Lee.
Her name was (as I remember) Maria de la Soledad O'Brien, and "Soledad" was the name of a saint; I believe the name is linguistically related to "Solitude".
