Boy, these meth-heads all seem to look alike. Cops could use face recoginition cameras to sort them out of a crowd (probably round up half of Wise Co.)
Before I read the article I'll go out on a limb and guess it has something to do with meth- stealing to buy meth, doing something stupid because she's on meth...
Anyway, all my guesses seem to somehow revolve around meth and I'm not quite sure why.
When I first saw it I thought "I hope it's not another".
