And this is yet another reason I hate pro sports: Free agency. You don't like you team? Want to make it better? Simple answer: Go buy someone. The Rangers have done it to get to the World Series (Cliff Lee, Vladimir Guerrero in 2010. Adrian Beltre, Mike Napoli in 2011.)
Jerry Seinfeld said it years ago: When it's all said and done, we're just cheering for laundry.

OH NO!!! I would have rather him go to the Yankees. This stinks. Just another reason to hate the Angels.
Bitter are we? I find it ironic you would complain about CJ or pro sports and say how much you hate them when you are A LAWYER!!!!! There is no lower profession on earth!!!! And oh by the way before you go REALLY BITTER its LAWYERS (aka Sports Agents) who represent these athletes in Pro Sports and get them all this money.

I don't know why some people continue to bring up that one Jerry Seinfeld quote as if he does not like the pro game. Seinfeld is a huge pro sports fan.
You always see him in the crowd at Knicks games at Madison Square Garden. Lady Gaga made a scene at Yankee Stadium a couple of years ago in Seinfeld's private box.
Seinfeld had a bromance on his show with Major League baseball player Keith Hernandez. George Constanza worked for Steinbrenner & the Yankees.
6:23 It just demonstrates that Seinfeld recognizes what drives pro sports - $$$$. Your favorite team's players came from somewhere else and will be playing against your team later. There's no loyalty among players, just to their paychecks.

Well now he will not have to worry about sorry post-season performances after he faces the Ranger batting order durning the regular season........
That's a million for every inch his TV is. Also think of the money LAA will save when they let go of their charter pilot.
