You are a wealth of information. I'm glad to be aware of the site as I've learned things about hubbys family. Is there a site for Wise County marriages?
I saw my dads headstone for the first time in years. I don't know the person credited with the photo and it was weird to see their hand holding the the weeds back to take the picture. I need to get out there and clean that thing up- I'm a bad person.
Why do we ask God to do something in regards to a dead person? Assuming it's a believer that asks, then the issue is settled already, is it not? Either maximum unbelievable heavenly blessings for eternity, or the other.
3:03, you are right. The "deal" with the emblems.. he told my dad that one day he will own a Mercedes.. the Mustang emblem was off the 67 Mustang (which he also loved) that he died in.
Ray and Rachel are still greatly loved and missed by both families and many friends.
There are two women who surveyed each and every grave and cemetery plot in Wise County. It took them over two years walking and searching, taking pictures and logging everything, and at their own expense. I would recognize them personally but I am unsure if they even want the accolades. You can email her at that email on the website and tell her the grave and corresponding number and she will email you the pictures of the headstone. Thanks for all your hard work doing this for our community and for those that can't travel here to see their families headstone and gravesite.
You can thank Sue Tackel for the info....she donated all of the information to all of the public libraries in the county. She spent lots of time to provide this information to the citizens of Wise Co. and we own her a big Thank You for her efforts. You can find all of this information in any county library. Thanks Sue.....
Show the grave for Donald Ray Driskell. He also died in an auto accident his junior year of high school in Decatur. He has a picture of a pickup on his grave.

Waht's the deal with "Ray Garza"? The name sounds vaguely familiar.
What is the deal with the Mustang fender badge and the Benz logo??
If I remember correctly Ray died in a car accident with Rachel Reasoner in downtown Bridgeport.
