Complete screenshots of the Apple unveiling of the new iPhone as well as news on the new applications that can be purchased for old and new iPhones is here. (But it'll give you Tired Head.) And there's something new called "MobileMe". Not sure what it is yet.
Edit: And here's a stupid question. Does Wise County have access to this 3G stuff?

Just be happy you did'nt spend $800 a year ago.
Having said that, the iPhone is just about the coolest thing since the windup Evil Knevel jump bike.
No, there is no AT&T 3G coverage here. The new iPhone will not be available until July, anyway. I bought mine a year ago when they were $599 (although I got a $100 rebate when the price dropped) and would have rather had the phone than wait. It was been a wonderful device. When 3G gets to the sticks (meaning Wise) then I may upgrade. But I already have a seperate GPS.
Whoo hoo! I've been waiting for the price to go down. Now, what is the monthly charge for all the good stuff?
I'm so excited the new version is going to be less expensive...I dropped my phone on its face at school and cracked the screen. I can't wait to get a new one!!
Uhhh, rpm when was it ever $800? The 8GB was $599 at launch. I know, I bought one then. Later, there was a $100 rebate that you could only spend at an Apple store or their website.
The new iPhone will require a 2-year contract. The original iPhone threatened you with a contract, but you could walk into a Apple or AT&T corporate store and buy a iPhone without one. Then you could take it home and unlock it and use any GSM carrier you'd like.
I did exactly that, at a corporate AT&T store. No credit check, no having to wait for the person behind the counter to set everything up. Went with the cheaper T-Mobile plans, too.
I would image the unlimited data plan for 3G is more expensive than EDGE.
I paid $499.00!!
Where the he// is my $300.00 refund??
Finally, something built with a man of my size in mind.

3G is available in major markets including DFW. It kicks in just south of 114.
Who cares? After it comes out, in twenty minutes it is obsolete...
.a fool is born every minute.
I love it when my wife gives me tired head.
Now they just need to make the iPhone available with T-Mobile, and I'm all set.
Hey Barry?
Will you buy me an iphone?

think frustrated, it has been available with T-Mobile. Ziphone can unlock and jailbreak the iPhone for use with T-Mobile. Then even have apps in Installer for use with T-Zones.
Great! Now the common folk get to have a phone like mine. I've lost my coolness. Times are bad.
The 3G internet plan is $30 dollars a month. It will be great s it's way worth it!!!
Glad my phone came with built in GPS, 3G, and HDSPA. I don't think the 3G plan would cost more, but its worth the few bucks if so. I was shocked to learn today that the original didn't have 3G. What's up with that? EDGE makes me want to smash my phone.
Wonder if it will connect to the faster HDSPA network. That is really cool when you are in an area that has it (most parts of Dallas). (My phone wouldn't until I hacked it...sshhhh.) I do wish my screen automatically rotated with the phone instead of having to open it.
3:19 After further review they were $599 for the 8gig. Either way, I was'nt sucker enough to buy one. I was content to get a free MotoQ.
Wise County has access to it if 3G is some kind of drug.
Hi,think frustrated
