. . . from Fox 4 News' story tonight on the usage of water by drillers in the Barnett Shale. (It will eventually be posted here.) The middle pic is interesting - that's the percentage of water that will be used in Wise and Jack counties in 2010 by natural gas drillers. That's a lot of water.
And that's some professional lighting on Kevin Burns. Check out that background. Check out the dark left side. Does he have a press agent?

Isn't that your buddy at the top, TxSharon?
Kevin Burns even had a better topic than you did.
During your interview, you had crabs and the camera angle--set higher- made you appear to be short--even though we know you're not- and the lighting they gave you made you look like a white guy.
I think Fox 4 likes Kevin more than you.
You're right. I can't believe that my courthouse crab interview from a couple of months ago made me appear both short and white. That camera does some serious lying.
Burns has done an excellent job on this issue. I call Commissioner Burns on a lot of issues and he always listens, helps me, does not always agree, but listens. I also called Phil King about the water issue and he passed along what I was concerned with to Commissioner Burns. It seems that Burns truly cares about our community and my hat is off to him....
Thank you Kevin, I appreciate it......Bill
Kevins hair wasn't thinning either.
Does all this mean Barry is a tall black man?
10:28 No, that is most definitely not TXsharon in the top picture. That is Tracy Smith.
I have two points to add to Paul Adrian's report.
1. That figure quoted about the water used to frac a well was for ONE fracing. Most often those wells are fraced repeatedly. I drive by wells every day. It is not uncommon for a 3 year old well to be fraced 3 to 5 times in that 3 year period.
2. Just how in the hell does anyone know the percentage of water that oil & gas drilling is using? NO ONE, and I mean NO ONE, is tracking it because NO ONE can require oil & gas to track it. Therefore, any percentage of usage by oil & gas is based on VOLUNTARY reporting by the oil & gas industry. What are the odds that their VOLUNTARY figures are accurate?
This is all fracing crazy talk.
That can't be TxSheehan. She is not a peroxide blonde and isn't wearing a tin foil hat.
