Tempting Video Of The Day

I first saw this two days ago, and I'm not sure I have ever cringed so much. I really wasn't going to link to it but now its all over the place, so you'll see it eventually. Here's the deal: It's a video of some baby and a cobra. The general consensus is that the cobra has been de-fanged and is harmless (except the cobra hasn't figured that out.) It will creep you out. Don't look at it here.

Has that child been taken away by CPS? That would be child abuse and child endangerment all rolled into one. I am apalled!! Oh, my goodness!!

Well, this solves the mystery of where Britney Spears' 2nd kid is.

The child never crys and the snake never runs.

A future snake charmer.

No different than what occurs in this county.

I’m sorry, but anyone who would have a snake as a pet is strange. Snakes are evil.

Snakes are neither evil or good.
You're mistaken 11:03

Different country -- different culture. A video of an American slaughtering a cow for burgers would probably freak out/sicken the people w/the pet cobra.

I don't think CPS' jurisdiction extends all the way to India (or wherever it was filmed)!

You're attributing human characteristics to snakes. They don't go out and intend to do damage to a mouse but they have to eat. Good and evil are all in the intentions of the person doing the action and the snake just does not have that attribute. Satan did take the form of a snake in the garden of eden as the Bible tells us but that does not makes snakes evil, this was a metaphore that anything, even what God has created could be used in an evil fashion. Most cultures view them in different ways.

I wonder what happens if by some chance that poor kid comes across a snake with fangs and the parents are not around.

Wont be so entertaining then .. Huh ???
