Interesting Theory . . .

on The Ticket yesterday about why the public seems happy the Paris Hilton was sentenced to a 45 day jail sentence: We like society to be the great equalizer. We like the famous and the rich to be brought down, and we like the downtrodden to be raised (i.e. "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition".) I think there may be something to that theory.

I don't care how much money her family has. That's one scrawny ugly ho. She needs to spend some of daddy's money on a set of boobs and maybe some facial reconstruction. Yea that's it, make herself look like Jessica Alba. That's how she should spend daddy's money.

And after those 45 days she'll go back to exactly the way she was before. It doesn't change a thing.

The house makeovers make a family's situation worse. They have the same level of income, and now they have a house that will be taxed more.

Was she named after the City and Hotel she was conceived in?

I just wonder where the bracket is to bet on how long it will take for the prison porn staring Paris comes out.

And in similar news, Ty Pennington arrested for suspicion of DWI Saturday...............

Ironically, Ty from Extreme Makeover: Home Addition was arrested for a DUI over the weekend!

Envy is stronger than any other human emotion, even self-interest. We would much rather see those who don't "deserve it" brought down than to spend that same energy improving our own lives.

How many times do you think you'll hear "the top one percent" from Democrats over the next year?

And to think that before I read the paragraph you were going to explain "string theory".

How about the Big Catdaddy: would you or would you not? Come on out of the woodwork. It's been awhile and noby should stay mad that long.

Do you think Paris will really go to jail? What are her chances of winning her appeal? And even if she goes to jail, do you think she will serve the full 45 days? Inquiring minds.....

Arnold is going to pardon her

can just see Nicole Ritchie joining her for the 6th installment of "The Simple Live- The Prison Years(oops Days)". Working in the prison laundry, eating in a communal dining room, having sex with the custodial staff, oh what fun!!
