Barf. Remind me never to go to Starbucks in Decatur.

that's what pisses me off!!! There is nowhere in North texas with a speed limit above that is above 75MPH, nor should a public servant be holding a drink, while texting, Facebooking, Glamour Shotting or whatever while breaking the law... you ARE NOT entitled because you have a badge! i can't tell you how many time i have PERSONALLY seen law enforcement running full lights and sirens to "Somewhere" important you would think, only to catch up with that same vehicle a few miles down the road at Tater Junction or Whataburger. Cops are human, i get it, but they really should be expected to be held to a higher standard. this picture is an example. She should of taken it sitting in a parking lot, or had the brains NOT to have the speedometer in the pic. and dont even get me started on cops utilizing department vehicles and gas that are paid for with tax dollars for them to drive home or to lunch in another town (Boyd cops i'm talking to your asses directly)... i saw a City of ft worth Tahoe in Boyd this morning, why? why should the tax payers pay for the gas and the extra wear and tear on a vehicle?.... Barry is always right about one thing, there are too many cops!!!

Hot damn! Driving with your knee is illegal.

WOW! You people are sad.
Thanks for sharing such a kind gesture, Barry.
I'll leave it at that.

Tater Junction and Dos Chilis must have a lot of crime. Rhome is always there.

The Friday enchilada special is to die for, and they get half off for being a first responder. Lights and sirens are necessary for beating the retiree and oilfield crowd

That was the temperature gauge.

a touching and tender moment ruined by people who can't seem to focus on anything but the negative. wow. i know nature abhors a vacuum, but just because there's a hole in your heart doesn't mean you have to fill it with buckets of bitterness. good grief.

11:23, you can suck it... i live in a world where police and Firemen ARE an important part of society, but they are important because the government says they are, and far too often they are granted passes because of that premise. you need electricians and plumbers more often than a cop and their respective careers proven BY STATISTICS are more dangerous by ten fold than law enforcement... Don't twist my words, a death is a death, and what has happened recently is outrageous and despicable, and an absolute tragedy for the officers who have fallen, BUT they picked this career, no one forced them into it, they know the inherent risks just as anyone else in any other trade... but the facts are they aren't helpless in there plight and all to often they are too quick to shoot and ask questions later, and here we are in the world we live today. All sides need to use their heads and use common sense, including law enforcement and everyone would be in a better place

11:23 -

Remind me again when I'm going to need an officer taking pictures of their coffee milkshake while driving down the road?

1:10 -

Yep, temp is 72° and 3800 RPM. Gonna be a hot one, for sure. (Oh, and per weather.com, the last time the temp in Decatur was 72 was last Saturday.)

Looks like 11:04 could use some anger management.

11:04,

Calm down. Just because you see a cop car running lights and sirens, and another down the road, doesn't mean it's the same car. They all look alike.

Anonymous said...

They may be using the 183 Express Lanes. If they were headed to Dallas, they probably did. The speed limit is 75.

Anonymous said...

The level of Douchebaggery coming from 11:04 is mind blowing!

Anonymous said...

11:23 ...and they are in Boyd eating lunch.

Anonymous said...

You would have to be white to think like in the first place.

Concerned Citizen,

Your level of ignorance is severely exasperated by either your hatred or jealousy. Figure out which one it is and work on it. You'll be a much happier person.

not sure if that's the speed he's travelling or the temperature, but isn't the speed limit on US287 north of Decatur at 75mph?

"They all look alike."

That's racist.

The celebration of the deaths of police officers on here is astounding.

Anonymous said...

Silly posters. Don't you know laws don't apply to police?

Anonymous said...

Remember folks. When seconds count, the police are only minutes away. Unless they're in the middle of a donut or a blow job in their cruiser.

11:04 is mad bc her boyfriend recently dumped her. And she can't be elected to the Boyd city council. (**rolls eyes**)

@ 11:04

They are always looking for good candidates, get off your mothers couch and do something with your life. I've never seen an honorable citizen criticize the police, its always the liberal entitled cowards. Nut up or shut up.
