Rhome gets only one vote from more than likely the cops. They with help from others have made that town the most hated one in the county.
You can only harass/ticket/fine so many soccer moms/church members/civic leaders and hard working tax payers before you realize that is the reason your economic development is the worse and NOBODY will come to your town.
If I was a merchant/small business owner in that town I would be suing the City Government for it.
Rhome should NOT even be on the list! The council tries to run the department and it shows! Time to put your applications in at the County before it's too late!
The police officers in Rhome are very nice, but someone on the city is always on their case. I hate driving through the town just because of the word of mouth from other officers in the area who are friends with Rhome pd. They are funding the town by ticket revenue instead of tax revenue from business. Runaway Bay is Rhome also. but the homes are nicer, and people can afford them.

It looks like Rome pd voted for themselves. Their spouses voted for dps.
