This lady was in the crowd when she saw the stage collapse at the Sugarland concert earlier this month in Indianapolis. She wasn't hurt. No one in her family was hurt. But she wants a big bag o' money because she saw it happen.
She describes the trauma: "There was a person that I saw struggling to breathe, fighting really hard to live," she said. "And then they covered this person up with this itchy, it was some random carpet from the stage. And I kept saying, 'That's going to be itchy,' because I'm a mom. But I didn't realize that the person had died."
Side note: I hope you guys won't sue me for the occasional Random Thought Girl Viewing Trauma.

Hopefully her children won't die or she might not realize it. A CPS visit may be in order occasionally to make sure whether the kids are breathing or dead.

I'm a plaintiff's lawyer and that is a silly case. But God help injured folks with legitimate cases in the rest of this country if Perry-style "tort reform" ever goes nationwide. The only folks who benefit from it are big businesses and insurance companies. When that frac truck driven by a meth-head kills Momma, Daddy and the kids, or Grandmaw dies from bed sores in a decrepit nursing home, or Junior's cheap SpongeBob pajamas burst into flames when he brushes up against the babysitter's cigarette, remember who you voted for.
