Where's Montel Williams When Ya Need Him?
In the rare CPS case I'm involved in, one of the issues we are trying to determine is the identity of the father of a newborn that is in protective custody. Mom (we know who she is) said it was Mr. X. He denied it, so a DNA test was done and Mr. X was right - not the father.
Mom then told us it had to be Mr. Y. Mr. Y denied it, so we DNA test him. Just saw this report roll across my desk: "The alleged father is excluded from paternity."
Man, this is getting tricky.

I'm betting Mr. X makes more money than Mr. Y. And Mr. Z (a player to be named later) makes even less than both X and Y). It's a fishing expedition, and Barry is the guide.

The age of consent should be about 30, I think. God, by deliberately and specifically designing and intending for us to start having babies at age 12 or 13, has it all wrong.

If X>Y and X or Y>Z does Y+Z=X, or is Y+Z>X? If Y+Z=X then you have to assume X was a good first choice. However, if Y+Z>X maybe her best option would be plural marriage. I think we need to add a constant to the equation, which I will call P (P=Trashy Girl). X+√(YxZ-P)/PΩ+1=multiple sperm donors.

Sometimes, if it's a big party, it's tough to figure out who's who & what's what. It may have even been dark and she might possibly have had a drink or two.
I'm sure we can all imagine ourselves in a similar circumstance. It's not always easy to obtain a post hoc guest list.

Is my tax money paying for all these DNA test? I'd rather my tax money pay to have her tubes tied to avoid this problem in the future.
This all may be public record, but if I were your client, I would not appreciate reading about the case here??????????

WHY have HER tubes tied rather than nip the nads of the gents? EVERY fertile female is capable of becoming pregnant but does NOT until she becomes inseminated by a male. In other words, WHEN a woman becomes pregnant it is due to the MALE. Alter the MALE and the problem has been CURED. Incidentally, when attempting to control the population of a species, whether it be insect or mammal, the MALE is the sex that is ALTERED/REMOVED from the population.
Mzchief - did you miss the point - again? How do they nip the 'nads of the guy(s) if they don't know yet who they are? They can identify the poor woman who keeps turning up pregnant but who has no idea who did the deed!
