I've been on that ride in Six Flags in Illinois. It was cool. i still have my feet.
Allright everyone,let's calm down and not loose our heads over this situation.
Six Fags said they are looking into the matter.
It is never wise to "loose" your head, especially when you have already lost your feet!
When you buy a ticket to these parks, on the back in fine print it says that the user assumes all risks of death, etc. and that buy buying the ticket the purchaser is relieving the park from liability on anything that happens to anyone.
Disclaimer or not, Six Flags is responsible for malfunctions on their rides.
