Oh, My!

Well, way back in 1974 they were starting associates at $60K. So doubling in 30 years...is that a lot?

That's not much money, considering the time, money and effort needed to get one of those positions. A real disincentive to become a lawyer. Let's face it, our kids will be poorer than we...globalization means a gradual leveling of the economic landscape...means the richest nations will go in the down direction, other up. Kids today will earn less, and those that have the skill to add real value, not just live of serving others, will be the next generation of wealthy.
