- I've seen this story a few times, but this really is insignificant. Horner filed a routine Motion for New Trial and the judge didn't rule on it at all. However, once 75 days passed, the Motion was "automatically" denied by "operation of law."
- There was a pretty big fire at the Jack/Wise County line yesterday. It was a good day for almost no wind.
