Whatever happened to this thing?
- I've seen this story a few times, but this really is insignificant. Horner filed a routine Motion for New Trial and the judge didn't rule on it at all. However, once 75 days passed, the Motion was "automatically" denied by "operation of law."
- There was a pretty big fire at the Jack/Wise County line yesterday. It was a good day for almost no wind.
- That photo has a Cartel/Federale feel to it.
- They figured out the speed and the guy's intentions by retrieving his own dashcam footage that was in his vehicle. (I'm referring to the guy on the left.)
- There is no way in on God's green earth this guy should ever be voted out of committee as the next Attorney General of the United States, but that's exactly what will happen this morning. John Cornyn, as I predicted, caved.
- There was a time when a President of the United States would not dare express an opinion on anything that the Justice Department did. Now we have one who comments wildly on particular prosecutions.
