One of the more insane stories that we've had.

He's clear that he intends to use them against American cities: "San Francisco, Chicago, New York, Los Angeles. They're very unsafe places and we're gonna straighten them out one by one. And this is gonna be a major part for some of the people in this room. That's a war too. It's a war from within."
And there's this: "I told Pete, we should use some of these dangerous cities as training grounds for our military. National Guard, but our military. Because we're going into Chicago very soon. That's a big city with an incompetent governor. Stupid governor."
But as radical as the use of the military against American cities is, Trump rambled so badly from the start that the room full of generals had to come to the conclusion that he's simply out of his mind. A couple of examples:
