A teen was damaging cars in an auto dealership when he he was shot and killed by police. This was a big deal in the metroplex and even made national news. But a grand jury would ultimately no bill the officer. The City of Arlington settled a civil case for $850,000.

And the White House just confirmed it. The last time that happened was in Helsinki in 2016, and it did not go well.
