Unposted Comment. I Need A Ruling.

I think this guy is a little upset with me. I'm not sure. I thought the masses could tell me.

How on God's green Earth can you get so worked up on a Friday over Random Thoughts? Heck, how can you get that worked up about anything?

I cut it off for the sake of space but it was submitted by, yep, anonymous.

You just gotta love it! He's really pissed at himself but can't bring it home! He's gotta jump on you because he can't jump on himself!! I believe the term is Bamboozled! Normal reaction of the Standardly Stupid! LOL!!!

Wow...deep down this guy is upset because he didn't pay attention in school, probably was good at football, got a girl pregnant, and is now sad because he can't get his income over $50k. Trump played on his emotions, and he hopes Trump will save him. I think educated folk would advise him to accept that his life won't be that great, but if he invested in the right areas, he could still impact his child's life. He won't do this, probably focus instead on maintaining some level of self-medication, and festering anger. I wish him luck.

He secretly regrets his vote. But his ilk will never admit fault. It's easier to blame you for his cognitive dissonance.

Anonymous said...

I'll tell him why...because when things go to shit, you will blame everyone but yourself for your inability to see Trump for what he really is. A businessman who is good at PR. Once he finishes off a plan to make everyone who is rich even richer, you will cry and moan that no one is looking out for you. I bet you were the person in 2009 complaining that you can't get a job, even though you only have a HS diploma and have quit the last 7 jobs you had because you couldn't "get along with your manager".

So yeah, own it. All the way through. We don't want the country to go to shit. You did, with your choices and actions.

top notch comments 12:09
I'd guess a longtime FoxNews/Breitbart follower who lives and breaths mostly in that echo chamber, except for a local lawyer he doesn't like, and believes all the definitions of the other side he has heard from his side. Maybe this could make some sense for them, from George W Bush - "Too often, we judge other groups by their worst examples while judging ourselves by our best intentions"

He also works in blue collar job that deals with a lot of sketchy people. He ignores the ones that look like him, because they are only a small percentage of the ones that look like him that he knows. All not like him, is a very high percentage of them he deals with (not knows personally) and for everyone negative he just adds another checkmark to the 'those people' column.

I hope he loses his mind after reading the first two comments.

It's sad that I have to say this, but it might be wise to play nice with some of these people. You never know who might snap - especially Trump supporters. I can definitely see them as the type to commit random acts of violence.

Anonymous said...

I agree, he is upset.

Anonymous said...

Looks like the little rubber band in Wordie's brain has finally snapped.

Anonymous said...

His polar opposite is protesting every chance they get.

He might be a crackhead who got 'holt of the wrong stuff!

Anonymous said...

He's not upset. He's passionate.

No?

Okay. He's upset. And crazy.

I wonder if he's ever considered not visiting the site. It's not as if you've been hiding behind some conservative fa├žade and you've suddenly pulled one over on your readers by being against Trump. For God's sake, you have the term "liberal" in the title of your site. It shouldn't piss anyone off when they read something on here with a slant that direction.

I am waiting on someone to come defend this dude... I keep thinking there will be some good ol' boy who will stand up and start talking about Obama being a muslim, the lack of firearm accessibility in America, disappearing family values, etc. Bueller? Bueller?

Anonymous said...

Barry, it looks and appears from outward appearances that you edited the comments up to #8 to be weighted to your side- that being said, and as I facetiously wrote in the other day regarding the reaction after Obama' s election cannot be even remotely in an intellectually honest opinion as being similar.
12:24 - at first I was waiting for the punch line then realized you were being serious. What color is the sky in your world? The left will be the ones to "burn the boats" I assure you. Every day I wake up and cringe at the open and outward aggression that is being elevated to some kind of crescendo in hopes that a conflagration comes about. In 2009 there was a huge VERBAL outcry and Obamas election beget the Tea Party- but you never saw the open destruction and mayhem that is taking place from the left and Socialists/Anarchists as is becoming a norm.
You don't like something - raise hell. Voice your opinion. But don't tell me that pepper spraying, beating people over the head with pipes, burning buildings, pillaging ATMs, looting business,s and running over pedestrians in cars, threatening to blow up the White House/ assignations is the answer for political change.

Sam - I was actually referring to mass shootings and other forms of random violence. I was simply stating that the person that wrote the original comment is clearly disturbed. Given the times, it is sad that we need to recognize that while a rational person would not commit violence against Barry, an irrational and delusional individual may do something sinister. Regarding the destruction of property, sure - its a pointless gesture, but irrelevant to the conversation.

The color of the sky is blue in my world, what is it in your world? I would guess you'd answer something akin to "it depends because in truth, color is just our ocular interpretation of visible light filtering through the atmosphere." Okay, whatever.

Good talk, Samuel.

If that person doesn't calm down, we might end up with another Bowling Green massacre.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!...OMG!...HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAA...ahahahahahaaaaa...

It's that type of psycho that makes me soooo bloody glad for the Internet. Hopefully, they spend all their time indoors watching Fox News and hammering out hate on the Internet. Unfortunately, the Libs aren't content to keep their hate and craziness on the Internet. Libs spew their bile and vitriol in public, destroying property and interfering with the lives of people who don't give a spit.

Let me think: Psychos on the Internet or psychos in the streets? I'm thinking we'd be better off with psychos on the Internet.

Hey folks, lighten up. The guy has a point. He comes on here looking for his Bubba friends to verbally retaliate against honest educated discussion from both sides of the political spectrum and instead has to endure the likes of BG's liberal/libertarian view points. And he can't do thing one about it. He has yet to realize the mistake he made, he just knows that a New York Village idiot has promised him, politically, everything he ever wanted. And to have an educated LAWYER tell him he screwed up is beyond his cranial capacity to accept. So let him vent. He'll get 3-4 brewskies in him Sunday and his Bubba friends will tell him he is spot, they will trash BG in effigy and all will be right with the world come Monday morning, assuming those Yankees from Foxboro don't win.;)

Hey Bu...

Check the IP address, see if it's from Red's Take 5 Sports Bar south of Bport or maybe the Bport Country Club.

Another option would be to ask the good sheriff to ID the owner of the pickup that has the most Rebel flag decals in Wise county.

I'm still laughing that my comment was taken seriously...my explanation was even 86'd. I guess extreme sarcasm is lost art these days. I'm the furthest thing from a Trump loyalist, and might have even signed a little county DA ballot petition that was floating around a few months back!

Hey 12:09...what does being good at football have to do with anger issues? Does being good at sports make you an angry Trump supporter? Or is it ONLY being good at football? I can understand where all the other "characteristics" could lead to you being angry about your life and make you retaliate, but being athletic? I'm confused...

It's ironic that this discussion comes up after another discussion about "intellectual dishonesty." The Left has entire mobs exhibiting this level of violent zealotry in real life. Watch the news for the screaming, slobbering samples of in-tears nuttery demonstrating/rioting in the streets. This guy's a tyro in comparison.

Hang on. That rant begins with "you do not effin tell me..." But was this ranter told anything by the blogger? Or, did the rantosaurus WILLINGLY turn on a computer, go to the internet and click on a blog that clearly announces itself, by the way, "Liberally Lean", and then proceed to, 100% on a free will basis, fully read an opinion in keeping with spirit of the blog's name?

This is no different than knowingly going to a pornographic website, then leaving a rant because you saw porn. Or buying a house next to railroad tracks that have been there a hundred years and getting pissed off that the trains are loud.

If it was you and intended as sarcasm, it was too spot on for many we all know to be discernible. It might also be that you are not that good at sarcasm. If you think so many of us are just stupid, then throw a /sarcasm at the end in the future so its clear. We can understand its a jab at some and not assume you are slow. For EVERYONE, try sarcasm without the profanity - it seems like a 12 year old that just learned to cuss.

Also poor defense - just because you might not agree with Trump 100% (every thing since the beginning), few do, and you did one thing that supports BG, doesn't really mean that much. I'd suggest you work on the basic arts, like critical thinking and communication, before jumping into the deep end and nearly drowning.

When you can't rant in public...your site is the best place to do it...steam let off...good thing.

You call that an unposted comment. But you posted it, right? I'm confused
