My Nemesis Ann Curry Analyses This Morning's Unemployment News

And in other news, former presidential candidate John Edwards just got indicted because if you have an affair on your cancer stricken wife in front of the whole country, the feds are gonna get you for something.

Edit: The campaign money he used to allegedly cover up the affair (with the gal pictured below) came primarily from the now dead Dallas Plaintiff's lawyer Fred Baron who made a fortune suing asbestos companies.   I've ranted so much over the years about how sleazy those lawsuits were that I can hardly do it anymore.  (His high profile wife drives me nuts, too.)

Threw It All Away For This

I would imagine he got indicted because he is a crooked bastard that did something against the law.

So you are saying it is ok to cheat on your wife if she has cancer? You libs are getting more and more hilarious!!!

The indicted him because he broke the law, simple as that.

The affair had nothing to do with it, he is a crooked politician who will stop at nothing to get his way. Selfish man!!!

Well, actually, if you have an affair on your cancer stricken wife in front of the whole nation, AND MISAPPLY FUNDS IN ORDER TO TRY TO KEEP IT COVERED UP, the feds are a'gonna come after you!

Well There is no way a politician would steal or do anything illegal.
They are looking out after us

Good gawd! I still think he's a piece of shite, but she's HAWT!!!

There was once a well-publicized fight over a Baron & Budd copy machine wherein the defense lawyer for one of the companies came across a document instructing the B&B plaintiffs how to testify. The Plaintiff's lawyer and he had a tug of war, right then and there, and he only got away with part of the document. Those suits were beyond sleazy, and are primarily responsible for the systematic closing of Texas courts that we now call "tort reform." Of course, the judges along the coast were in on it too.

I swear you lawyers just don't get it. You all seek to exploit loopholes in the law. You all seek to disregard the spirit of the law. You all seek to hide behind the law. You all seek to waste time. You all seek to financially decimate others for your personal financial gain. Fairness, justice and honesty have NOTHING to do with you.

BUT.... you don't like it if another a%%hole lawyer is better at destroying and manipulating than you are.

I say lets torch the tight-ass egotistical Preston Hollow biotch and then let's make our way to Wise County to do the same.

What else is new? Don't most men, politicians or not think with what's between their legs toward what's between a womans?

Sheesh.

It is a fact of life that too much power guarantees corruption and exploitation.

It is the nature of every politician.

It is the nature of every lawyer.

Trust me, that GQ photo is an airbrushed production. She ain't really that great.

Is this one of those stories about a liberal scandal that wordkyle says gets ignored by the media?

Rage

Rage, it was just on the level that even liberal weenies were enraged, if that is possible. Curious to see the media backlash if Edwards was black.

Lawyers make the laws, enact the laws, prosecute the laws, interpret the laws and then judge the laws. Lawyers are the law. If you want justice, you have to pay a lawyer to get it for you. And if you don't pay enough, they take it to another court so if you want justice, you have to pay some more. What ever happened to right is right and wrong is wrong? It is so gray now, no one knows. Lawyers in congress, lawyers in the White House, lawyers on the Bench, we can't get away from them. They control our lives and we all hate them for it. Put a limit on the number of lawyers allowed to practice. Oh Yea! we need the lawyers to police themselves, and that ain't happenin'.

So the lawyers are sleezy for suing the corporations who profited off of employees working in dangerous and deadly conditions? Ever heard of Saranac Laboratory asbestos study?

If a dirty politician gets his money from a sleazy lawyer, does that mean he can do whatever he wants with the money?

Anonymous said...

2:18, we knew asbestos was bad for you as far back as ancient Greece.

But 99% of the asbestos plaintiffs had no injury at all. And then, these lawyers tried to recycle these plaintiffs as silicosis plaintiffs. But a federal judge put the smack down on them for it. A judge on the coast would never have done that. Hell, one of the judges in Galveston heard cases in which her father recruited Plaintiffs for asbestos cases with his mobile x-ray machine. Dirty.

That photo does nothing to dissuade me that Rielle is (to quote another poster on Barry's blog a while back) crazy as a sh**house rat. He must have some sex drive to let his hormones over-ride common sense in playing house with her. Based on everything I have read, she is a big-time Nut-bar. Extra cashews.

Rage, If you will remember, it was National Enquirer that was responsible for exposing this sleaze bag. And even after it was discovered, the lame stream media was hesitant to even report about it. Sorry to pop your balloon but facts is facts. Now remember to save your stained blue dress.

In the right situation she would be hard to turn down.Just another dumb woman who gets infatulated with the boss.Hormones had nothing to do with it.It's all about power, happens every day in all levels of work.

Your post started with a(n) Ann Curry tweet. "Come on economy" ?? Really? That's what passes for intelligent journalism now? These are the people up there on your poison box (the TV) that the masses listen to? How doomed do we have to become before someone realizes this has gone beyond bad?

You do understand,BG, that she is a fellow liberal? You surely must realize that the whole bunch of you butt-heads have brought about our ruin with your feel-good lack of understanding of natural law?

No, of course you don't understand this. That's why you continue to be liberal.

Put your head between your legs and kiss your ass goodbye.

Thanks a lot Butt-Head
