Mark Cuban is big fun.
Not being a lawyer, it seems patently obvious that posting copyrighted video on YouTube without the owner's permission is an infringement. Google's got loads of $$$ so it may be a nasty suit, but Viacom has big bucks and a big interest in pursuing this.
How can he be right if Google did buy YouTube?
