"Sealed Indictments"

ABC World News Tonight spent a great deal of time this evening on the meaning of "sealed indictments". (There's a crazy prosecutor in North Carolina who has indicted two Duke lacrosse players for rape of a drunk exotic dancer. The indictments are currently "sealed".) In Texas, a sealed indictment means only one thing: The accused hasn't been arrested yet so if the indictment were to be made public there is a chance the defendant might flee.
