• The longest active civil case on the docket in Wise County is headed back to the trial court after an appellate court ruling yesterday.
  
• Yes, there was a road rage shooting yesterday morning. We don't know much about it, but Fort Worth PD had there current class of cadets walking the freeway for potntiial evidence.

• There will still be a state court case pending against Mangione, and the U.S. Constitution's double jeopardy clause does not prevent it.  However, New York has it's own wonky double jeopardy law which provides more protection than the constitution.   At least that will give his lawyer's something to argue.
