And why were there only six? I thought it was no refusal.

Actually only two (unless another judge was involved). Any other blood draws were conducted with the driver's consent.
"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."
Fortunately, our Founding Fathers thought about this stuff back in 1787, and said, "It's okay, even though it will probably make Barry's job really hard."
