I have nothing against gaydom at all. It stands on equal footing at straightdom. However, why do people have to announce it? All I see is that it is "their" perception or ego that is making them do it. No one else is forcing their hand.

Just do your job and leave sex, whether hetero or homo, out of it. It's almost like it's a challenge or the new popular way to be. I just don't get it. We have some who have announced this is our family. I love them and I don't care what they do, but I don't want this to define them as people.
His sexual preferances do matter because every one you've had sex with has had sex with numerous others and more likely than not it's unprotected. Aids,as well as many other less deadly dieases have not gone away.
