The days of Blacks being oppressed by Whites are long behind the United States and it is more than high time for Americans to get over their self-induced guilt of something that happened GENERATIONS ago. After all, Obama was elected, as POTUS, by WHITES. More than anything else, Obama becoming POTUS, proves that Blacks can and do get ahead in the US.
Name me another country, in which Blacks are a minority, other than the US, in which Blacks have as high or higher standard of living as they have in the US. If you can name a country and provide documentation to support your claim, I will then consider altering my opinion about whether or not Blacks are being discriminated against in the US.

Although I have mostly broken myself of the habit, I have gone over the speed limit in the past. On some of those occasions I was also cited for some other violation. Then I paid any fines I incurred, because they were my fault and my responsibility
My point is, if you don't have insurance and you don't have a valid DL, why the hell would you increase your chances of getting pulled over by speeding?
I didn't do a thing to cause that person to be in her current position, and you sound like a petty criminal with an axe to grind. I've never found many governmental employees on the local level to be incompetent. Maybe they just seem that way because of having to deal with people like you
