Weatherman David Finfrock has a bad cough. DMN columnist Steve Blow has this update:
"[The doctor] also gave me an inhaler that was supposed to help. Unfortunately, it had a side effect, and I now have a yeast infection in my throat," David sighed. "That's what caused all the problem last week."
The remedy for that has been a little shocking. "I got this medicine, and it came with instructions on how to cure a vaginal yeast infection. I can just see them doing a 'What's Wrong With David Finfrock?' story now," he laughed.

I didn't know you could get a yeast infection from giving mushtace rides.
I have always loved Channel 5 news and especially weather and have always really like David Finfrock.
I was about to the point where I was going to e-mail the station and ask them to take him off the air and just keep his off air job. I cannot pay any attention to the weather because he always sounds like he is about to start coughing or needs to take a breath or something. Very distracting to the viewer. They did a report on him about a year ago due to the fact so many people were contacting the station about him. He said he was just sick with a sinus problem, but dang - how long can this go on??? He just doesn't need to be on the air.

I like Finfrock too, but this was over the top about his throat. What's next - a full report on his hemmorhoids and the treatment of such.
