So it rains while the sun is still shining - what do you call such an event? I grew up saying that it meant "the devil is beating his wife". A very odd phrase, but I heard it alot.
I wonder if that phrase is still used?

No, no - the Devil is beating his wife! LOL It has been happening a lot recently when we get our pitiful "rainfalls." We say this all of the time.
