Puppies as shark bait? Heck when I was in Korea people ate them. You never forget the smell of cooked dog. I was once in a Thai restaurant in San Antonio and was eating a dish and realized I recognized the distinctive smell.
Reminds me of the old Three Stooges short when the 3 own a cafe and customers think Larry is serving them dog and cat.
