Very concerned that we're seeing start of rapid strengthening. If you are in a Hurricane Warning area, take this storm seriously!! #Harvey pic.twitter.com/7vmZ3BrjNt— 🌀Rob Lightbown🌪️ (@crownweather) August 24, 2017
I don't know about the wind, but the rain down there is going to be insane.
Edit: And my Anti-Pete Delkus Thunder Truck Radar indicates the thing seems to be forming into a pretty good hurricane.
Edit: These are the rainfall predictions. (Disclaimer: They are from Delkus):
Edit @ 12:09 p.m.: This appears to have escalated rapidly.
Edit: 1:31 p.m. Uh, oh:
Just in: As #Harvey approaches, the mayor of Corpus Christi is asking people to evacuate voluntarily. https://t.co/gug1altkMN pic.twitter.com/lgAbsNxb6f— Texas Tribune (@TexasTribune) August 24, 2017

Houston needs a good flushing now and then.
Freeport is now reporting hail the size of canned hams.

I will worry when Frankie says it's time to worry.
Love the Delkus disclaimer. I hope he sees it.
DF 11.67 inch-er
12:03 Harold Taft, I just got off the phone with Mrs French and we are sending several truckloads of mustard and bread down immediately. Problem solved!
DF Mrs Baird
I'm coming for you, Delkus and Barry. I'm coming for you both. Watch out!

I don't know much, but I know that I don't want to be in Houston if 30 inches of rain happens.
Ted Cruz says we should just pray to God for the safety of everyone in the path of the hurricane. As if God isn't the one causes them.
Maybe I ought to have more consumables in the house than just wine and beans.
Frankie says relax....
