What The . . . ????????

The Tarrant County DA's office once cut a deal of five years for a Wise County woman convicted of solicitation of murder after the jury sentenced her to a twenty-five years.

D.A. Sharen Wilson needs to fix this.

Edit: The Texas AG's office prosecuted this case? The guy under indictment?

I have zero problem with it.

Second chair was the TC DA chief of economic crimes.

That office is in very bad shape right now.

I don't know have they lost 50 felony attorneys since she took over? I would guess so. They have a prosecutor who lost a case this week where the dope was found in the defendant's pocket. The guy who lost is over 60 years of age and had his bar license suspended one time for a very embarrassing reason. You can find it all through google. The second chair in that case is possibly worse than he is but shes a 20-something so theres at least a chance she gets better.

Question... How was the woman able to vote? If she was not eligible to vote, her name would not have been on the voters list. Did she use a provisional ballot in which the State is suppose to check the status of her voter registration? I wouldn't consider that voter fraud. If she had gone in pretending to be somebody else then voter fraud charges should apply.

How are people that have no education, can't read, and have absolutely no knowledge of a single thing about a single candidate, actually be qualified to vote just because they've lived long enough?

That extends to 75% of Wise County.

2:48 They can serve on a jury too

My daughter has to have a license to cut hair and show some modicum of competence to do so. Any fool with functioning genitals is freely allowed to procreate and bestow any sort of aberration of a human on the rest of us.

Maybe we're regulating the wrong things.

She should have killed 4 people with a pickup, then she would have gotten probation.

Barry, see Elections Code 273.022 (AG prosecution authorized, may cooperate with local prosecutor)
I heard that the AG wanted to dismiss charges and have Ortega testify in the Legislature about voter fraud. Sharen wasn't having any of that.

Yes, Fake Joe Shannon, the great thing about being hired by a D.A. after being suspended from the practice of law is that you can pretty much screw up anything in the future and get away with it

At 2:48, because its their right. However, it would be nice if everyone researched the candidates before voting. I guess much of the country forgot to research before voting for the Toddler in Chief.

Amen, 2:48.

Voter fraud has got to be the most stupid crime you can commit. Very high risk of punishment and no payoff. Like breaking into Fort Knox to steal a few office supplies. I think it should stay that way.
