A Head's Up....
...for those that care. "The Blog" may be a little slow this weekend. (Fun will interfere with it a bit).
And a second note about the "Comments". So far I've left it as a public forum where people can post anonymously. So far. So good. Some of the comments make me a little uncomfortable (not about me - I've got a thick skin after all these years) but nothing objectionable has been posted so far. (OK, one person did drop an "S Bomb" that I deleted). Bottom line: Play fair. Have fun.

P.S. I promise to post a very funny story that happened to me last weekend - it involves waking up to strangers inside my house. Good stuff.

Hey, I woke up 4 different mornings this summer to find possums in the house. I have a doggie door and the dog either brought them and or caught them after they came in on their own. The first 3 were messy but the forth was a real surprise when I tried to clean up the mess and it moved.
Only in the country #2 only in the country...

Thanks Barry for a great blog! I have posted on the comments a few times when I thought I had to, but Im glad to see that everyone is doing the right thing and not being a moron! I look forward to reading your posts every day when I can! Thanks! Its nice to have a blog from our neck of the woods..
