This Is Not Looking Promising

I didn't watch much of the Cowboy game on Saturday night, but I heard this morning that, due to penalites, in the third quarter the Dallas offense was faced with a 3rd down and 50(!!) to go. You don't see that very often.

Anyone around here notice we have one of the best coaches of all time-and we have gone nowhere with the cowgirls. Campo couldn't fix it, either can Parcells. If Jerry Jones would just sell the team to an owner that actually gave a crap about the team-instead of a return on investment, I bet the cowgirls would be doing a lot better. We all witnessed this when Mark Cuban took over the Mavericks, they started doing a lot better-plus he actually cares about the players on the field as well. Mind you, different sport-different man, but same concept. There is a long pattern here. Too bad Cuban doesn't like football.

I think Jerry wants to win, he just needs to fire the GM.

I don't think you can say that Jones just cares about his "return on investment". He has always dumped a ton of money into players (and now Parcells) to try and win.

Exactly he has DUMPED a TON of MONEY into his players, and Parcells. What do you think the players get him in return? Money! When I say caring, I mean sitting down on a personal level and trying to instill value on the field. He fails to do this. It is pretty evident over the past 5,6,7,8 years.

Will Rogers never knew Jerry Jones.
