The "Details" Will Be Very Important

Edit: The cops have no idea if it is related but went ahead and held a press conference today. And they been in possession of it for years? How incompetent is that.

And everyone is saying Double Jeopardy prevents reprosecution and they are correct. Question: Why did they try both cases, Ron Goldman and Nicole, in the same trial? Why not just do one back in the day because that would have left another option open. Perhaps California law required it. I don't know.

Dumb cop. Dumb, dumb cop. He wanted to frame it for his wall instead of turn it in to evidence? Dumb.

Stupid, antiquated legal system

The trial was already decided when the knife was found.

In the words of the blog host, "nanny-nanny-boo-boo". Of course, if the evidence were exculpatory, he'd be wailing and gnashing his teeth (not that I favor concealment of exculpatory evidence).

But, that's the way a legal system go.

For Pete's sake, don't you even read the articles you post? It says the knife was given to a security officer, who was either off duty or retired. It didn't come to the attention of LAPD until said officer tried to get information about the Orenthal case to make a wall hanging of it.

Try to keep up.
