Dallas Police Give Helpful Hint To Avoid Them Killing You

This is the equivalent of the "But she started it" argument that your child makes when you catch your child doing something wrong.

Was the Trooper rude? Sure. Was he right? I don't know that I'm going to defend that. Did the trooper do a good job of de-escalating? Nope.
Was he legally authorized to get her out of the vehicle? Sure.

See Pennsylvania v. Mimms, 434 U.S. 106 (1977) (per curiam); Maryland v. Wilson, 519 U.S. 408 (1997); and Brendlin v. California, 551 U.S. 249 (2007).

Does any of this have any bearing on the mechanism of her death? No. She committed suicide. Suicide is the #1 cause of mortality in US jails. She had posted a video on May 1 of this year saying that she suffered from depression and PTSD.

Say what you want, but being belligerent with a cop is just dumb on your part. You want to make that annoying traffic stop worse? Be confrontational. Yeah, that'll help. Having said that, the trooper in this case couldn't have handled himself any worse if he had tried.

I guess I'm dumb about PTSD but I always think of people being in a war as having that, Hll ,that may be my problem , I'm always post something !

Any amount of defense of the police, not withstanding the fact that it may be suicide combined with her alleged belligerence only inflame the black community who blame the police.

That blame ultimately extends to ALL white people, while a guilty verdict for racism has been rendered long before the accusations become the media driven hate it will.

In all fairness.....there is none.
