. . . when reading about Baylor's loss to the Great Lizards of Fort Worth: On Oct. 30, 1971, an announced crowd of 30,000 at Baylor Stadium watched in shocked disbelief as TCU head coach Jim Pittman collapsed on the sidelines. “I think we ran another play and we’re huddled up again, and the next thing we know the ambulance is coming out to pick him up,” said [Baylor's current Head Coach Guy] Morriss, a starting offensive guard for the Horned Frogs.
