Interesting, but the pics were taken in Switzerland, not Houston. Been circulating around for a couple of years, was first put up near the Tate Museum in London as an exhibition called "Don't Miss a Sec"
I would use it and I'll tell you why. Few, if any, would use it because it is creepy. From looking at the pics its clean and THAT IS important even when a 'spontaneous' moment strikes. Been to the truck stop on Bridgeport for a, um, emergency? YUCK!

As to whether you could use one or not--when you gotta go, you gotta go!!
