I'm Not Sure I Believe That At All

VP Dick Cheney said today in light of the Bin Laden tape: "It is no accident that we haven't been hit in more than four years," Cheney said. "We've been protected by sensible policy decisions, by decisive action at home and abroad, and by round-the-clock efforts on the part of people in the armed services, law enforcement, intelligence and homeland security." I'm wondering what the response will be after the next attack - Which will surely come. Won't it?

And at what cost to our nation's treasury and to our personal liberties? I suspect there will eventually be additional attacks. But where, what type and when?

Yes, it will. And it very well may be because folks like you are more concerned with your individual liberties than the good of the country. The playing field has changed and we have to make some adaptations for it.

Come on Barry. You can't tell me that the terrorist just decided to leave us alone. I do not believe they just got a soft spot in their heart or that they are scared to death of the Democrats. Although, they should probably be scared of Hilary for 5 days out of every month.
