One, two, possibly more women are dead now and it MIGHT have been avoided if someone had pressed charges. Shoplifting, a brawl in a bar, and a bunch of other stuff I can see the option of not pressing charges. I did not realize that a person could choose not to press charges against someone who raped them. Is that true or am I wrong? Poor woman has to live not only with the horrible crime against her, but the guilt of thinking she might have prevented worse that happened to others.

Everyone should hear Dale Hansens "Unplugged" on rape. It references the Baylor rapes, it it really about how rape reports are handled. And he knows because in the segment he reveals that his own daughter was raped and talks about what she went through.

This is why white women should never date outside of their race.
