Wow. The current total of the bank accounts of Gov. Rick Perry and Carole Keeton Strayhorn for the upcoming governor's race is as follows:
Perry: $8.8 million
Strayhorn: $7.0 million 
If the common man wishes to run for the office, it would be Adios M0.......

And once again we are stuck with "who will be the best of the bad choices?"
And if Texas teachers allow Perry to be re-elected, they deserve eveything or anything that they get or get done to them. (I personally would like to ask Rick Perry if he has ever heard of Mark White.)
I wasn't aware that Texas teachers were the only people allowed to vote for governor. If Texas teacher had that much influence, an Education Finance bill would already be enacted.
