- "A prosecutor handpicked by President Trump secured an indictment of New York’s attorney general, Letitia James, on bank fraud and false statement charges in the Eastern District of Virginia on Thursday after the president publicly demanded Ms. James be charged."
- Trump, as he directed in social media post meant as a DM, has now achieved the indictment of two of the three people he targeted. Oh, and the lawyer with no experience he told AG Pam Bondi to appoint to do this dirty work, has now been on the job for less than three weeks.

- Oh my. The final score in Decatur v. Diamond Hill Jarvis last night was 91-8. And that was with the second half being designated as two 10-minute quarters with a rolling clock.
