Random Friday Morning Thoughts

Eventually we learned that "she lured her husband, 47-year-old Bob Poynter, to a rural Hunt County road where her lover, Michael Glen Garza, shot him in the head. • WFAA reports that it obtained the arrest affidavit in the alleged hazing case in Boyd.  Everyone might want to tap the brakes on this one. (I can't find a PDF of the affidavtit yet.)

  • The Wise County DA won a major award from the Texas District and County Attorneys Association this week in its annual conference.

  • What did they do down there to deserve this? He will attend the Aggie/Kentucky game.

  • Probably be a good idea to limit headlines like this from the 40 Acres.
  • Those prosthetic toes on the right belong to Deion Sanders.

  • Lauren Whitener Clock: 7 years and 77 days.
