- I think the judge is on dangerous grounds if he wants to question a holdout juror this morning. And the defense lawyer seems to be taking a huge gamble in trying to remove that juror -- I'm not sure why he is so confident that the jury is hung 11-1 in the defendant's favor based upon the jury note. What if that holdout juror has a "doubt" and it refusing to convict because of it, but the other jurors are telling him, correctly, that the doubt must be "reasonable" in order to vote to acquit.
