"An earthquake struck northern Oklahoma early Saturday morning, rattling houses and waking residents in the region around Pawnee . . . .  Preliminary measurements show the quake had a magnitude of 5.6 — believed to be one of the strongest in state history."


  • She died last week in our jail, but the Sheriff's Office didn't says anything until "a request for information from the Wise County Messenger" this week?  That's unheard of. Side note:  She was in jail for Public Intoxication, an offense punishable by fine only.  


  • If you read the headline and then the excerpt below, you'll understand they really have no idea at all as to how the fire started. 


  • As is so typical of the news these days, we don't know much more than the headline.

Random Tuesday Morning Thoughts






We were introduced to Trump's doctor. 


  • As the Texas State Board of Education heads to a vote on pushing Christianity in schools, we can pretty much tell from this photo from a news conference yesterday how the vote it going to go down.  

  • I'm not sure how that thing keeps burning but remains "contained" at the exact same percentage as four days ago.
