The picture of the dog alongside her photo made me laugh back then, and still does.  It looks like the criminal case actually was set for a jury trial in Tarrant County in September of the following year, but was resolved at the last second by what she called "a favorable outcome."

• New ICE recruits who had not previously been part of law enforcement must pass a physical test which involves being able to do 15 push-ups, 32 sit-ups, and run 1.5 miles in 14 minutes. One-third have failed.
